The Salesforce story of creating a travel program that tailors to the needs of its travelers and stakeholders and, thereby, achieves greater compliance as a direct result creating a exceptional customer service experience (i.e. carrot versus the stick approach).
In addition to the Salesforce story, Dorian will also speak on how both technology and traditional service are being fused and the creative ways that drive value to Salesforce (both today as well as what the future will bring).

Dorian Stonie
Director of Global Travel, Salesforce

Dorian Stonie is the Director Global Travel at Salesforce. He's a travel industry veteran who's leveraged technology and innovative processes to streamline global travel operations across 28+ countries. Dorian has been awarded BTN Travel Manager of the Year and Top 25 Industry Executives in 2016.

Dorian has been active in the industry for over 30 years, working for such companies as Hewlett Packard and the electronic payment company VeriFone. He resides in Silicon Valley, California and thrives on the challenges of "Change" in the Travel Industry.
